At ROCKBROS, we stand by the quality of our cycling gear and sports equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team or log into your account to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact before sealing the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to be sent back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
